"Shipping Was Honestly Spot On"
I ordered from Binny's and I’m absolutely convinced their shipping is way more reasonable than a lot of other sites. The total at checkout was super clear, and there were definitely no random surprise charges popping up later, which I appreciated. My order showed up packed just fine too. I’d for sure use them again, mostly because the shipping price actually felt fair.

I shop at Binny’s regularly, so I figured I might as well sign up for the rewards. the points have added up faster than I expected, and I’ve already gotten a few discounts from them. It’s not some huge life-changing thing, but it does feel nice saving a little on stuff I was already going to buy.

"Great selection, but the waiting gets annoying"
I mostly shop at Binny’s because they’ve got such a huge selection. Beer, wine, bourbon, and even random stuff I can’t usually find near me. The site is easy to use, and I can usually find what I’m looking for without much trouble. My only real complaint is the waiting can get frustrating sometimes, especially when I’m ready to grab my order and go

I ordered from binnys the other day, kind of on a whim while I was sitting around comparing a few things online, and it ended up arriving way quicker than I thought it would. "Pretty smooth overall"
I was kind of expecting something to go wrong since online orders can be hit or miss, but the website was easy enough to use and everything looked normal when I checked out. I got there a little early, so I ended up waiting around for a few extra minutes, which wasn’t a huge deal. The staff was friendly and kept things moving, and the prices were what I expected. "Helpful for Checking Stock!!"
I use binnys.com every now and then to see what’s in stock before I head to the store, it can be really helpful!! It’s not always 100% accurate though. A few times it said something was available, but when I got there, it was either gone or they couldn’t find it. Other times, pickup worked totally fine with no issues. Overall, it’s not a bad site at all, I just wish the product availability updated a little faster. When it’s right, it saves me time!! When it’s not, it’s definitely frustrating.

"Pretty good communication overall"
I’d say Binny’s did a good job keeping me updated. I got emails when my order was placed and when it was ready, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. One text did come through a little late, which was kind of annoying, but the communication was still solid and easy to follow

I ordered a few bottles from binnys, and everything in the box was exactly what I picked online. I’ve had issues with other places before where they swap sizes or throw in a replacement without making it super clear, so I was happy that didn’t happen here. Pickup was quick, the receipt matched my order, and the whole thing was straightforward. Nothing fancy, just easy, which is really all I wanted. I’d definitely use them again.

"Website Stock Was Actually Right"
I checked binnys.com right before heading over because it said the bottle I wanted was in stock. When I got there, it was actually sitting on the shelf, which feels rare these days. After this visit, Binny’s is definitely the first place I’ll think of next time. Super easy trip, no wasted time, and an easy 5 stars from me.

"Curbside Pickup Was Okay"
i mean, it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I ordered online for curbside pickup and the order itself was correct, but I did end up waiting longer than I expected after checking in. The staff was friendly enough when they finally came out, so no real complaints there. It just wasn’t the smoothest pickup.

"Great packaging every time"
Well... I’ve ordered from binnys a few times now, and the packaging has been solid every time. The bottles were wrapped up tight, the boxes showed up in good shape, and nothing was leaking or cracked. Everything felt secure, which is all I’m really hoping for when I order drinks online
